Dr. Naziha Slimani, I graduated from university of medical science of Algiers in 2001. I have completed residency in ophthalmology in Algeria and graduated in 2006. I worked as an assistant professor in ophthalmology , I completed clinical fellowship in retinal surgery in France before relocating to the US in 2011.

I dedicated three years of my life building a family, in 2014. I joined university of Michigan where I completed the research fellowship in ocular oncology.

From 2016 to 2019 I joined capital health hospital where I completed an internal medicine residency . Since 2019, I moved to Florida with my family and currently serve the role of clinical educator and assistant professor at the university of Central Florida.

My passion for patients care and serving the community by promoting good health inspired me to look for a free clinic where I can provide high-quality care for underserved population. I joined AMSS in 2022 and since then I was involved in patient care and clinic management.

At AMSS we serve a diverse population and promote continuity of care , indeed it is a great honor for me to be part of this compassionate and caring institution.
