LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
I referred to the front desk of the clinic as the “first impression station”. It is here where the entire
organization is perceived. I believe in greeting our patients with warmth while creating genuine
connections. My goal is to make the people of our community, (especially the under-served) feel
valued by treating everyone with kindness, dignity and respect. I understand that prosperity is not
promised to anyone. I want to show our community that I am one of them. Most of my adult life has
been in the service of the Aviation industry. Now I derive a sense of joy by serving the under-served in
a deeper, more spiritual way. I am blessed to be among them.
