Clinic Administrator, AMSS | Business Executive & Operations Manager
Mubeen Ali Mucklai serves in Administration as a vital member of the back-end support team at the American Muslim Community Centre (AMCC) Medical and Dental Clinic in Longwood, Florida. Joining the organization in February 2026, Mubeen brings decades of rigorous operational, financial, and administrative expertise to his role, ensuring that the clinic’s daily administrative workflows run seamlessly. The AMSS Clinic provides critical, free medical and dental services to Central Florida’s underserved, uninsured, and impoverished populations. Within this mission, Mubeen focuses on maximizing administrative efficiency, managing back-end coordination, and supporting organizational workflows to ensure that every patient receives dignified, timely, and barrier-free care.
Mubeen’s professional journey is defined by a distinguished, 40-year career in international business management, logistics, and corporate administration. Prior to dedicating his time to community healthcare, he spent two decades leading major corporate operations in Zambia. Notably, from 2014 onward, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Murtaza Enterprises Ltd in Ndola, where he directed operations, cross-border imports, vendor accounts, and a large workforce. His extensive leadership background also includes tenures as Senior Branch Manager for Sable Transport Ltd and Branch Manager for Tanzania Road Haulage Ltd. In these roles, he mastered the complexities of fleet logistics, supply chain management, and comprehensive bookkeeping under high-pressure conditions—skills that translate directly into the meticulous administrative framework required to run a busy volunteer clinic. Before his executive career in Africa, Mubeen built foundational expertise in accounting and corporate administration across various sectors in Karachi, Pakistan, spanning from 1977 to 1996.
Mubeen holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, a credential that underpins his precise approach to administrative management, data tracking, and operational efficiency. His core competencies bridge deep financial literacy with robust logistical execution, utilizing advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, and strategic communications to optimize the clinic’s administrative pipelines.
Now channeling his corporate acumen into humanitarian advocacy, Mubeen views his administrative work with the AMSS Clinic as a vital extension of his commitment to public service. He believes that healthcare is a fundamental human right, and that strong administration is the backbone of compassionate care. By removing operational friction behind the scenes, Mubeen ensures that the clinic’s healthcare providers can focus entirely on what matters most: treating patients with excellence and empathy.
