I am not Muslim. Can I be seen by a doctor?
Yes. We cater to all individuals, regardless of religious, social or political affiliations. Anyone can be seen by a doctor as long as they are over the age of 18 and meet our eligibility guidelines, as listed in the patient eligibility section.
I do not have insurance. Can I be seen by a doctor?
Absolutely. By law, we cannot see patients with insurance. We cater to individuals without any insurance whose income falls within the mandated financial guidelines. Please refer to our eligibility section for more details on income requirements.
What documents do I need to bring for my first appointment?
You will need one current and valid form of identification (driver’s license, ID card, green card, passport…). This document will need to include at minimum a photo ID, date of birth, full name and address.
Do you accept walk ins?
Yes, walk ins are welcome. However, we highly encourage patients to set an appointment prior to their visit, either online through our appointment booking system or by phone. This will ensure patient will be seen that day. Priority is given to individuals with appointments.
I need to see a specialist. How do I make an appointment?
Specialists are not available at the clinic during all our operational hours. Please call our main number to discuss specific cases and get most up to date information on the availability of a specialist.
Do you provide any medicines at the clinic?
No, we do not keep any medication at the clinic. Our patients are encouraged to use Longwood Pharmacy, for medicines at reduced cost. A prescription from our clinic would be required to access this benefit.
Do you perform medical testing at the clinic?
No, we do not at this time.
