AdventHealth has appointed Aimee Keller-Pickford as the new chief executive officer of AdventHealth Winter Garden. Aimee brings more than 30 years of experience at AdventHealth to her new role.
Currently, she serves as the vice president and chief operating officer at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, where she has been driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives since February 2023. During her time there, she’s contributed to the expansion of cancer services and The Baby Place.
Before her role at AdventHealth Altamonte Springs, Aimee was the vice president and chief operating officer for AdventHealth’s Polk County Market, overseeing the 246-bed Heart of Florida hospital, which was acquired during her tenure.
She also served as the assistant vice president of ancillary services at AdventHealth Tampa, a 536-bed tertiary acute care facility. During her four years in Tampa, Aimee successfully developed new service lines, improved care delivery, enhanced patient satisfaction and reduced both turnover and expenses.
Earlier in her career, Aimee played a key leadership role at AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, an 83-bed hospital that opened in October 2012. She was instrumental in coordinating the hospital’s construction, staffing, grand opening and community engagement.
Additionally, Aimee has held various leadership positions across AdventHealth, focusing on organizational mission, patient experience, service line development and leadership growth. She has been a dedicated part of AdventHealth since 1994.
Aimee has been named the American Heart Association Central Florida Woman of Impact for 2025 and serves on several boards, including the American Heart Association 2024-25 Heart Walk, Seminole County Chamber, Seminole County Economic Development Committee, Rescue Outreach Mission and the American Muslim Community Center.
She holds a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and Leadership Development and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Aimee and her husband, Robert, who reside in Winter Garden, have four adult children, three grandchildren and a golden retriever named Mia. In her free time, Aimee and Robert enjoy cycling, visiting National Parks across the U.S. and volunteering in their community.
