As the COVID-19 spreads, there is a lot of uncertainty. We are writing to let you know we are still open. We are still accepting new patients and still catering to the needs of our existing patients. Please rest assured we are taking the necessary and proper precautions every day to ensure both your safety and ours.
Through these challenging times, we are adjusting the way we do business:
• WALK-INS are no longer accepted for medical services. All individuals will be required to set up an appointment for any medical services. Appointments can be set online or by calling our office. Please be sure to provide a working phone number and email so we can communicate with you prior to the appointment.
• Medical appointments will be conducted using teleconferencing. Phone screening will be performed to determine a proper course of action. Office visits will be based on individual assessments and would need to be arranged individually by a member of our staff.
• Routine dental appointments will be suspended until May 8th based on state mandate. We will only take emergency cases until then. These will need to be assessed and scheduled individually. Please call our office if you believe you have a dental emergency.
We are here to serve our community, especially during these challenging times. We will continue to evaluate and assess the situation, and keep you informed of any changes. If we all do our parts, we will be out of this situation soon. Please stay safe and follow the guidelines of the health authorities.
Greetings of peace to you and yours,
The staff at the American Muslim Community Clinics
